This time spent in Illinois is kind of like a vacation from being useful, for me. I came here expecting to do some construction or repair work, but honestly, there's not much to do. So, I'm just going to enjoy doing shit I can't usually do away from Illinois--playing videogames, hanging out with my brother, playing with the family's cats, etc. And, I'll resume going on adventures, worrying about animal rights, scavenging, and doing the homeless thing in July.
I still haven't seen my black cat. Seems he won't be coming back. I miss him.
I still need to find useful things to do here, but I'm not too concerned. I have a hell of a long time to be useful, but only a few weeks to be a useless member of my family's household.
