I think I spent too much time in the cold last night. I spent most of last night's sleep shivering under my blanket; and I've got a terrible sore throat!
Still won't stop me from training, though. Today's my arm exercise day, and because I'm sick, I think I'll try out a Grease the Groove (GTG) exercise schedule. Which just basically means doing a few pull-ups/dips now and then over the coarse of the day, but never working to exhaustion. It's supposed to be a very effective way to increase strength.
I hope this sickness goes away by tomorrow, or I'll have to miss helping with Wed. FNB again.
